We are pretty well aware that some people dislike this concept, however please keep in mind that Eastwright Corp is a small business and our prices do not include (that is you do not have to pay) a dedicated customer service operator(s) costs. Note that you receive answers directly from developers - the people having first hand knowledge of the software and customization options available. In our opinion, this approach allows us to provide you with more benefits for less money.
